In the university there was a special section on duty to take care of all matters dealing with the part of student scholarships.

If the parents income is below average student and his or her high GPA, students are eligible for a scholarship, and if the income of parents of students above average but its students have a higher GPA or more than 3, then the student can get scholarships from the university.
