There are Several Theories and Perspectives on the Organization, there is a match with one another, and some are different. Organization is basically used as a place or a place where people gather, work in a rational and systematic, planned, organized, guided and controlled, use of resources (money, materials, machines, methods, environment), means-parasarana, data, etc. are used efficiently and effectively to achieve organizational goals.
1. Must possess an organization is Milai and vision, values and vision is a goal that will be used as a target to be achieved by an organization. If there is no value to the organization then that organization will be broken, because we are not having a clear purpose.
2. The mission, the mission are the things that must be done to achieve a vision (purpose). Without a clear mission then the vision will never be reached, and therefore the vision and mission of highly related to one another. If you do not have the mission of the organization will never achieve the desired vision.
3. Rules, rules are constraints that must be owned by the organization. If an organization has a rule
clearly there can be deviations that can be detrimental.
4. Professionalism, professionalism is how the organization acts.
5. Incentive, the incentive is a bonus or gift.
6. Resources, If an organization loses resources the organization will not be able to move well.
7. The work plan, work plan is the arrangement of activities that will be undertaken by an organization.
